Started Domex Technical Information, a knowledge management / KPO company in 1994.Established Domex e-Data Pvt Ltd in 2003, which became a successful KPO with globally renowned customers from the US, UK / EU and Japan. Domex e-Data was acquired by MolCon in July 2010. Mr Satyanarayana now operates Domex Technical Information, which concentrates on business research, marketing consultancy and software development.

Samindara has been associated with corporates both as a psychologist as well as an assessor. She has expertise in assessment-development centers, conducting assessor training workshops, competency-based interviewing, and facilitation during development workshops. She is a Certified 16PF Professional and has extensive experience in using this psychometric test for corporate assessments.

He specialises in decoding psychometric profiles to understand and predict day-to-day behavioural outcomes across various sectors. Swapnil has extensive experience conducting assessments for couples, corporate IT professional teams, seafarers, and personnel in high-risk environments. A skilled facilitator, he also designs and delivers evidence-based mental health training modules for both corporate organisations and the community.
