We are providing online services which contain assessment test reports. These reports are sent through email.

Refund and Cancellation

Once a tests given by a user, the same cannot be cancelled at any point of time and hence no amount will be refunded against the same.

Pricing Structure

For services that require payment, our authorized payment service providers collect credit card information (such as cardholder's name, card number and expiration date), which is used solely for the purposes of processing the payment. Domex will have no access to credit card information for any of its users or customers; all such information is communicated by the customer directly to the payment service provider. All payment obligations are non-cancelable and all amounts paid are non-refundable. We use third party payment gateway to collect online payments. If a registered user does not have the right or authority to make payment, then the company/entity that the user represents accepts full financial liability and legal responsibility of payment. Domex reserves the right to modify its payment plans and charges and to introduce new charges at any time.
